Meet Indra
Indra is the Pathways to Growth Case Manager at Detroit Friendship House. She works closely with participants to identify barriers, set realistic goals, and connect families to resources that support stability, health, and growth.
Indra provides:
One-on-one coaching and accountability
Support navigating systems (benefits, healthcare, employment, education)
Help with applications, referrals, and follow-ups
Ongoing encouragement and problem-solving
This is hands-on, relationship-based support—not just referrals.
Pathways to Growth
Personalized Support. Real Commitment. Lasting Change.
Pathways to Growth is Detroit Friendship House’s case management and coaching program designed to help individuals and families move toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Participants work one-on-one with our Case Manager, Indra, to build a clear, personalized plan and take consistent steps toward their goals.
“The food, clothing, and Christmas gifts provided by Detroit Friendship House have made a real difference for our students experiencing homelessness. Their ongoing support—especially job counseling for our unaccompanied youth—has been truly impactful. We’re so grateful for this continued partnership.
